So this Post is about bypassing our Internet Service Provider or ISP Promos Like Supersurf, Credits to jamesiswizard_1 of Symb.
Conlusion
As you can see, setting up such tunnels does not requires advanced skills, especially with the recent Linux distributions which come with pre-installed and pre-configured ssh servers.
With a little more skills, it is possible to tunnel just about everything into everything. For example, it is possible to tunnel PPP into HTTP, providing a full IP-stack tunnelling, including ICMP (ping...), DNS and servers (backward tunnels).
Opensource and commercial VPN solutions also come into mind.
See references for programs and papers about firewall bypassing below.
Security is not only a matter of firewall configuration, it must be seen at a larger scale. Do not rely on the firewall alone.

Yan lng po dapat nakikita nyo ang number ng sim nyo bago mag butas. pag unknown ang lalabas, nabubutas rin naman piro mas madali pag nkikita ang number.
another tip, disable wireless and local area connection pag nagbubutas kayo
para sa tut kung paano mag butas, follow nyo lng mga thread sa web section ng symb kasi working naman lahat yon. itong sa akin ay tip lng.

3. pag narecieve m na ang confirmation.. wag mo muna iko- connect.. bakit?
4. icheck mo muna ung setttings ng dash ni globobo

mag download ka ng BIG files..
in my case kanina nagDL ako ng 2movies..
isang 700MB at 400MB.. so bali lagpas 1GB un..
mapapansin mo tumaas na ung DL speed mo..
unlike nung may cap pa..
8. habang nagDDL ako di nagtxt sakin si globobo,
na nag exceed nko sa 20MB..
mas maganda kung ganun ang mangyayari..
kung nagtxt man pero mataas pa din ung DL rate nyo ok pa din yan..
9. after ko matapos ung dinownload ko lagpas 1GB.
inistop ko na ung MB15
PSURFMB STOP to 8888
NOTE: wag ka muna mag DC ng vpn at dash..
eto ang pinaka mahalagang part..
10. after mo marecieve ung confirmation..
disconnect mo na ung vpn at dash..
tapos exit mo si dash..
unplug mo ung modem..
at alisin ang sim..
11. mag insert ka ng ibang sim.. dapat GLOBE SIM... wag TM..
insert mo mag BAL. INQUIRY ka..
after marecieve ang confirmation..
12. RESTART PC,
TAPOS ILAGAY NA UNG SIM NA TINANGGALAN NG CAP..
13. TEST MO NA.. PAANO? MAGDL KA ULIT NG BIG FILES!!!
PAG MATAAS PA DIN DL SPEED NYAN,BYPASS N UNG CAP NG SIM MO
