So this Post is about bypassing our Internet Service Provider or ISP Promos Like Supersurf, Credits to jamesiswizard_1 of Symb.
Conlusion
As you can see, setting up such tunnels does not requires advanced skills, especially with the recent Linux distributions which come with pre-installed and pre-configured ssh servers.
With a little more skills, it is possible to tunnel just about everything into everything. For example, it is possible to tunnel PPP into HTTP, providing a full IP-stack tunnelling, including ICMP (ping...), DNS and servers (backward tunnels).
Opensource and commercial VPN solutions also come into mind.
See references for programs and papers about firewall bypassing below.
Security is not only a matter of firewall configuration, it must be seen at a larger scale. Do not rely on the firewall alone.
Censorship bypassing should not be only considered as a terrorist or hacker weapon, but also as tools for privacy, free speech, democraty and human rights protection (Please read papers written by PGP-author Philip Zimmerman, they are very instructive).

Tor (short for The onion router) is a system intended to enable online anonymity. Marami na akong nakitang Free HSS/EXPAT VPN GUI dito, lahat sila ay magaganda. Pero meron akong hinahanap na features na di ko talaga makita. Ang gusto ko kasi ay yung portable, magaan ang system requirements, wala ng additional software requirements na kailangang iinstall. Gusto ko rin na walang restriction ang user pagdating sa pag-edit ng config. Halos lahat kasi ng GUI na nakita ko ay naka-hard-code na yung config sa application. Kapag nagkaroon tuloy ng problema (lagi lagi naman itong nangyayari), at may kailangan kang idadagdag sa config, ay kailangan mo pang hintayin ang update ng Author. Kaya naman na-inspire akong gumawa ng sarili kong GUI na ayon sa sarili kong panlasa. Pero bago pa man ako matapos sa coding, ay nagkaroon na ng problema ang mga VPNs. Doon ako nawalan ng gana at itinigil ko na ang paggawa nito. Pero hindi sumuko ang mga ka-SB natin sa paghahanap ng solusyon, marami pa nga ang gumastos para magkapag-experimento, at nakahanap naman sila ng solusyon. Isa rin ako sa mga nakinabang ng dahil sa pagsisikap nilang makahanap ng solusyon. Kaya naman bilang pasasalamat, ay ise-share ko na yung natapos kong VPN GUI na dapat sana ay for personal use ko lang.

5. Meron akong ginawang short video tutorial para sa mga may gustong manood.
6. Sa mga gustong gumawa o mag-edit ng config ng maramihan, panoorin nyo yung "How to Use Config Maker" na video.
7. Kung Windows 7/Windows Vista ang OS nyo, make sure na "run it as administrator" kung naka-enable yung UAC nyo.
8. Lahat ng settings nyo ay mase-save sa "hexvpn.ini" file upon exit, para sa susunod nyo syang i-open ay maaalala nya yung previous settings nyo. Kung sakali mang napagpasyahan nyong ilipat ng location yung "Hex VPN" folder, make sure na i-delete nyo yung "hexvpn.ini" file. Ang mababasa kasi ni hexvpn.exe ay yung dating location, hindi yung bago, dahil ayun ang naka-save sa "hexvpn.ini", at ang resulta... "File: libeay32.dll is missing or corrupt", "Config directory not found.", at iba pang error messages. Hinahanap nya kasi yung file sa dating location, at hindi nya makita, dahil nilipat nyo na nga. Hehe. Pwede ring i-reset nyo yung settings sa default sa Options instead of deleting "hexvpn.ini".

sa mga nasa process pa rin po ng mga G-sims nila for vpn use, here are somehelpful advice.
1. swertihan, tsambahan o tyempuhan lang po ang makabutas ng sim. wag nyong piliting paloadan ng paulit ulit ang sim nyo kung hindi nyo makuha sa dalawang beses na paloadan. matuto kang magtipid at sa ibang araw ka na lang uli sumubok baka hindi mo araw ngayon.
2. kung nawawalan ka na ng pagasa sa sim na kasalukuyan mong binubutas, gumawa ka ng ibang paraan...magtry ka ng ibang sim (its either bumili ka ng bago na prescribed ng karamihan o maghanap ka ng lumang sim). malay mo sa ganyang paraan ka swertihin. o kaya naman mgpaload ka uli, kung natry mo na ng ilang beses sa mb15 at ayaw pa rin gumana, why don't you try ss50 on the next day or lets say palipas ka muna ng ilang araw before making another attempt.
3. maraming butas tricks na available sa section na ito, ikaw na ang bahalang pumili ng gusto mong sundin na butas trick. kung gumana man ang sim mo sa trick nila, pasalamatan mo sila.
4. kung sa tingin mo napaparami na ang gastos mo at di ka parin makabutas, magpahinga ka muna. (mahirap ang nauubusan ng pera)
5. pairalin ang common sense sa pagsunod sa instructions...
6. wala po sa sim na bago yan o sa luma. kung nakakabrowse ang sim mo sa lport 52 -rport 9201, malapit ka na pero di nangangahulugang butas na ang sim mo. kahit gaano pa kalaki ang file na nadownload mo para mabutas mo ang sim mo, the only moment na pwede mo ng sabihing butas na ang sim mo ay kung gagana pa rin ba ang sim na binutas after the 24 hour-expiration period ng niregister mo na promo (mb15/ss50)
7. with regard to step 6, wag kayong mag-stop ng promo. basta hayaan nyo lang po lumipas ang 24 hours at saka nyo po ulitin ang pagconnect kung gagana ba o hindi. kung gumana man, may working sim ka na. kung di gumana, malas lang. kung wala ka ng pera, magpahinga ka muna.
wag nyo po sana masamain ang thread na ito. im sure naman kahit sa maliit na paraan makakatulong pa rin naman ang thread na ito sa mga kasalukuyang nagbubutas ng mga G-sims nila.
