Sa mga hindi makaupload ng malalaking files using HSS VPN or anumang hss gui, eto ang solusyon ULTRASURF. Simple lang po ang gagawin, follow niyo po ito.

2> Connect na si Hotspot Vpn or anything Hss Gui
3> Open Ultrasurf, mas effective pag latest version, eto po download niyo dito
Click Option>Click Proxy Settings>Click Directly use Ultrasurf>Click ok>Click ok> exit po muna si Ultrasurf,>Open again Ultrasurf, wait niyo lang po na sabihing Successfully Connected to Server

Share ko lang po sa n.u update ko... nung una ayaw kung maniwala na nagbloblock na talaga ang smart.. kasi so far hindi naman ako na block agad kahit 1GB+ na ang na DDL ko at tuloy2 na connected gamit ang 3G IAM Apn + HSS VPN...di po ako cgurado kung may kinalaman din ba ang APN sa blocking ng smart... kaya tinest ko f may kinalaman ba ulit c APN....nung nag try akong magkonek sa dashboard using the default APN ng smart.. ung apn na "internet"... nagDL ako ng malaking files almost 300mb+, mga 3am last day at saka set ko ung IDM ko na automatic shutdown pc after DL completion dahil antok na ako..
nagulat nalang ako ng pagising ko mga 7am... hindi na shutdown ang pc ko dahil hindi pala natapos ng IDM ang DL... woahhh... aun pala DC na pala ako sa internet connection using smart APN at nung ni Reconnect ko ay di na ako maka connect.. error na xa... cannot connect to Remote blah blah blah... kaya na realize ko baka ito na kaya ang sinasabi nilang blocking of SIMS... nilipat ko ang sim sa cp ko at nag try akong magbrowse using GPRS connection.. kaso d ako makabrowse kahit may load naman... GPRS not subscribe daw...
buti nalang save ko ung steps pag unblock ng sim, ung ubusin ang load tapos send gprs on sa 333.. activate uli ang gprs ko...

PAP, SPAP, CHAP, MS-CHAP, Older version of MS-CHAP for win 95, CHAP ver 2.

sa pagtest ko sa mga apn... napansin kong may pinagkaiba talaga sa speed... kaya sinearch ko kung ano talaga ang trabaho ni APN sa ating pagconnect...
sa aking impormasyon bigay ni google... sa isang madaling salita si APN daw ay isang gateway o portal sa pagconnect natin sa internet... napag.alaman ko ding isa sa gawa ni APN ay ang magcompress ng site upang mas madali itong magload... un lang alam ko for now... (sa totoo lang d talaga aq fluent magtagalog kaya nahihirapan here, pasinsyahan nyo na mga tol)

i think APN ang talagang may kasalanan kung bakit tayo naboblock..
kung ang APN ay ang gateway natin, it means na rerecord nya ang logs ng mga kumukonek.
dahil ang smart APN ay narerecord nila, thats why siguro naboblock nila.. unlike kapag ibang
APN tayo papasok ay wala na silang access kasi dumadaan n lang tayo sa signal nila pero hindi na sa gateway.. i dont know kung tama tong theory ko

If you cant connect to your vpn with lport 137 settings and your default modem settings, maybe you can read the steps below to be able to get vpn connected.
